You aren't making the money you thought you would when you started your business. There just never seems to be quite enough profit.
Things are way more chaotic and frustrating than they used to be. You are struggling to scale and grow your business.

The EOS Model illustrates the Six Key Components™ of your business. To the degree you can systematically strengthen these Six Key Components you’ll be able to run a better business. This model applies to every business regardless of size or industry.
Vision. In strengthening the vision component we get to the point where your entire company is 100% on the same page with the vision, where you are going and how you will get there.
People. You cannot execute on your vision with all the right people in the right seats. We become intentional about building a high performing team.
Data. This is cutting through all the opinions, egos, and subjectives. Getting you to manage the business using data and giving you a total pulse on the business.
Once your vision is clear, you have all the right people in the right seats, and you are managing your business on the data, all of your issues just rise to the top. There’s no where to hide in this open and honest organization. Which leads us to the fourth key component.
Issues. We get to the point where every department is smoking out there issues and carrying them on an issues list and are using the discipline of Identify, Discuss and Solve.
Process. In strengthening the process component we create your “franchise model” that helps you drive efficiency, effectiveness, ultimately more profit and fun.
Traction®. This is where the rubber meets the road. Driving accountability, discipline and focus to every aspect of the business with a meeting pulse and quarterly goal setting.
The EOS Process is a time-spaced learning experience. The process gets you 80%+ strong in each of the Six Key Components of the EOS Model. It takes about 60 days to get your entire leadership team on the same page with your vision.
The first step in the EOS Process is the 90-Minute Meeting. It is a free learning and teaching experience. You learn about EOS, the history and stats, and about us. It’s an opportunity for me to learn about you and your business. What are your goals? What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses? How are your meetings? How aligned is the organization around the vision? How much accountability exists in the organization?
After the 90-Minute Meeting, we decide if it makes sense to move forward to the Focus Day. The Focus Day session is a full-day session. Sessions usually take 7 hours +/- 1 hour. My current fee is $5,000 for the day. If you don’t get value from the session, you don’t pay. There are no contracts, we take one day at a time. During the Focus Day we cover the following topics:
After the Focus Day, about 30-days later, we begin the Vision Building Day process. It is a 2-day agenda. Each session is about 30-days apart.
During the 2-days we answer the 8-Questions of the Vision/Traction Organizer.
After Vision Building our relationship changes from teaching and learning to execution. During the first 3-days of Focus Day, Vision Building Day 1 and Day 2 we are seeking mastery. Mastery equals common language at the leadership team level. The Quarterly and Annual Pulsing is about execution. During the Quarterlies and Annuals we focus on:
