2. During each month, for each referral that makes a first TriVita purchase and gives us your Member ID number when doing so, you get (1) one entry in that month’s drawing. At the end of each month, your total number of entries determines your chances of winning and the cash prizes you qualify for.



3. After the three Monthly Drawings, there’s the final Grand Prize Drawing. Here, all your total entries for July, August and September are combined and entered for your chance to win one of three great prizes. Your total number of entries determines your chances of winning and the Grand Prizes you qualify for.

Qualifying for these three Grand Prizes is based upon the total number of referrals that make a first TriVita purchase and give us your Member ID number over the period from July 1 to September 30, 2008. 11+ of these referrals qualifies you for the Grand Prize Trip drawing. 6-10 qualifies you for the Cardio Trainer. 3-5 qualifies you for the Massage Lounger.
